Militiaman Killed and Dismembered
A video circulating on social media shows a militiaman who has been missing since Tuesday. The man appears handcuffed and sucking on a dummy/pacifier. He is believed to have been captured by drug traffickers from the region. The dispute between drug traffickers and militiamen is long running in the West Zone. The video contained threats towards the militiamen and insults.       |
