Mexico - Young Man Found with His Decapitated Head on His Stomach
On the morning of 18th November 2019 in Inguamba (Mexico), the body of a man was found by the roadside. The man, who was in his underwear with his hands tied behind his back, had been tortured + then decapitated. His head was placed on his stomach.

The bulge may be from his ball sack starting to swell up... It's a strange thing but it happens when a man decomposes.
