In an unprecedented event in Mexico City, early yesterday morning in the east part of the city, citizens awoke to the body of a man hanging from the bridges of La Concordia, which mark the boundary of Iztapalapa with the State of Mexico.

The body, dangling more than 25 meters high, was wrapped mummy style in bandages, his hands tied behind his back and was hanging from a rope tied to one of the bars of the retaining wall.
The man, about 25 years old, was tortured and executed with two shots to the head, which was covered by a black sweatshirt. About 04:00 hours, motorists reported to police from the scene Teotongo sector of the Ministry of Public Security.
