searching some more info, I found that this group wore military and police uniforms and gear, only the CDN logo was different.
this split fraction was thinking to have become so impervious that they were attacking several police check points, and raided a hotel. at the latter a police pig was killed.
from that point on special unit(s) where on patrol for CDN , and when they encountered that black pick up, hell broke out. who shot first is debatable.
