Mexican Police Kill 3 Armed Gangsters.
Three members of the criminal structure, 18 southerners, were gunned down after facing gunshots with elements of the National Civil Police (PNC) in the Anemone neighborhood, in the area of the IRA exiles, in San Martín, department of San Savior. According to the police version, the armed attack occurred on the morning of this Tuesday, June 25, and at the time that a group of police officers were conducting an operation in the area. The names of the deceased were not released by the authorities, although it was confirmed that among the dead is a ringleader of that gang. An M-16 rifle was located next to one of the corpses. No elements of the National Civil Police were injured, wounded by bullets. Police and soldiers mounted a large operation in the area in order to locate other gang members who participated in the armed attack, without reporting any captures.      |

My guess is the guy in blue was the ringleader. He looks a little older. Training up the young 'uns.
