The one in photo # 2

is the body of Arturo Beltrán Leyva, leader of the Beltrán-Leyva Cartel:
he was killed by the Mexican Navy's elite Special Forces after a 90-minute shootout on December 16, 2009. The operation involved 200 Mexican Marines, two Navy Mi-17 helicopters (from which marines rappelled) and two Army tanks: Beltrán Leyva’s gunmen tried to keep the Navy from advancing by throwing about 20 hand grenades. Beltran Leyva and three gunmen were killed, a fourth gunman committed suicide. Also Melquisedet Angulo Córdova, a Special Forces marine, was killed during the confrontation, and not only: the next day, a group of gunmen assassinated members of the marine's family, including his mother.
