Man shot dead whilst driving on the Tepetzingo Airport motorway.   8. Human remains found in plastic bags at a property in the Tlajomulco de Zúñiga neighbourhood.   9. Decomposing man found in Guanajuato.  10. Macuspana - man shot dead.

I'm assuming that it's everyone who works in that section of the market has to come up with that sum as a whole, rather than individually.

In the northern areas of MX, at the "swap meets" each vendor pays a fee to the "government" to shut down the road and sell. I wonder if she was killed by the other vendors for not pulling her weight.
