Why are people so surprised and in disbelief that fecal matter is coming out of his belly? You Belly aka abdomen holds your intestine which always holds 5-20lbs of waste. Even after taking a shit you still have poop traveling through your body. His large intestine was ruptured by the wound. If people we're stabbed or shot in that location more often, you'll see this same scene repeat itself. This is why usually when a person has been ripped open during a car accident, you see fecal matter smeared on the grounds and mixed up in the mangle body. It's very common.  |
