This 20 (ish) year old girl was found lying between two cars. Her hands were bound with tape and masking tape covered almost the entirety of her face. The police reported that she had been 'tortured mercilessly' before death. She was also (probably a relief to her when it happened) shot in the head as a coup de grace.

Her body was then dumped where it was found, with a large green sign lying beside her, providing a message to her friends from her killers. They claimed that she was executed in revenge for someone killed by the Cartel she worked for.

Safe to say the message was received, but I rather doubt anyone down there is heeding it.
