At dawn Saturday, February 23, 2019, around 5.30am, military police officers of the 14th BPM of Foz do Iguaçu were called to move to the Jardim Ipê Neighborhood, because, according to information, a resident near the Jacareí Street was completely hallucinated would be having a psychotic outbreak, possibly under the effect of some hallucinogen, where the villager began to jump the roofs of the houses, and at one point ended up falling from the roof, where he suffered several injuries.

Even so, he continued to invade nearby houses, and in one of the cases already completely bloody burst the door of a house, invading the room of the villager's son, where he tried to strangle the villager, being restrained by other people.

Already contained, the man ended up going to death possibly after undergoing a cardiorespiratory arrest. The place was isolated until the arrival of the Civil Police (Homicide Police), Police Science (Crime) and the Legal Medical Institute.

With the arrival of the criminal expert, the dead man was identified as H.V.S, 27 years old, who had no signs of aggression, had injuries due to the fall of the roof.

The body was referred to the IML morgue for necropsy examinations to diagnose the cause of death.
