Mentally Ill Man Found in Field.
This is a few years old but i've not seen it here and just done a search and can't see it anywhere. This was a mentally ill man who was put in a psychiatric hospital, only to escape and be found dead in a field with his privates eaten by scavengers.

Well, being "mentally ill", it appears he mutilated himself with many stab wounds on his legs, ending with a lower abdomen slice that totally opened him up; hence, munchies for the critters. See the clean cut below his right thumb? Sad.
