I can't tell what killed them. But the 7.62 X 39 round is a killing SOB out of an AK. I think they yaw straight out the barrel which decreases accuracy but causes tumbling as soon as it hits something. M16 did that at one time until we changed rifle twist and bullet design. But both when tumbling leave exit wounds like baseballs. |
