A man identified as J C V d S, 26, was shot in front of his wife this Friday morning, 5, by three unknown men.


The crime took place at the couple's house on Rua 01, Alfredo Nascimento Community, Cidade de Deus neighborhood, North Zone of Manaus, after the property was invaded by the trio.


According to Js C's wife, she still tried to defend him, but one of the men dragged her into one of the rooms and the others executed her husband.

The on-duty delegate of the Specialized Homicide and Kidnapping Police Station (DEHS), Bruna Parente, was at the scene of the crime and confirmed that the murdered man was linked to drug trafficking.


J C had a criminal record and had already served a prison sentence in a penitentiary unit in the State of Pará, and here in Manaus he was linked to the criminal faction Comando Vermelho (CV).


In Manaus, the drug dealer lived for four years in the Coroado neighborhood, where he was one of the “soldiers” of the dangerous drug dealer “Tio Patinhas”, who is currently imprisoned in the Puraquequara Prison Unit.


The expert who examined the body found that J C had a tattoo of "Uncle Scrooge" on the calf of his left leg, which would be a tribute to his leader in the drug trade.
There is also information that the three men fired about ten shots at J C.



After the body was removed from the site by the staff of the Instituto Médico Legal (IML), J C's wife was taken to the DEHS headquarters where she reported in her testimony how it all happened.



For the police chief and also for the police officers of the investigation team, the fact that the killers left the trafficker's wife alive, when they always kill eyewitnesses, was a miracle.


An investigation has been launched and the investigation will continue in the specialist, but, beforehand, there is no doubt that J C was the victim of a reckoning between drug traffickers.
