First of all, if you're 400 lbs and have massive ass cheeks on your back, don't go out in public wearing Pam Anderson's cocktail dress and flip-flops. You look like a fucking trailer-trash slob. Put on a decent dress and some shoes and fewer folks will ridicule you.
