Mayor and His Trustee Shot in the Head by Angry Villagers
A group of gunmen, on Saturday, killed the mayor of a Mexican town and his trustee and 3 more people. The incident occurred in the public square where more than 30 people of the municipality were gathered to hold a working meeting with the authorities however, after failing to reach agreements, a discussion started which ended in several gunshots. In addition to the mayor and his trustee also were killed a fifth alderman, a driver of a vehicle of City Hall and a resident of the population. During the scrimmage 12 people were also injured. After the facts, the municipal head was reinforced by personnel from the Federal and State Police, while they're working on the investigations leading to this multiple homicide.         |
