You're just now knowing this? They do this everytime they make a "score". If one of these terrorists get killed in the operation the family gets something like $25,000.00 from the Saudi Government. Then if they are jailed for these crimes USA pays the perp more money per year than he can ever make working at a job. Well sorry. It was in the news over and over. They did this on 9-11 also. And if I remember correctly they were doing this after successful attacks in Europe. It's their tradition. Try a Youtube search, "Muslims Celebrating". see what comes up and what they are celebrating. Usually the deaths of civilian infidels. Children getting blown up really cheers them up.
