Man's Head Decapitated on A Fence Rail
Saw this on the internet yesterday, somehow this man's head is stuck on a fence rail, and the rest of his body is lying on the ground.

I saw this sometime before, and it said he was a drug dealer trying to escape police and jumped off a bridge. Don't know if its true, however, it seems possible... and likely.

erm i posted 3 of those photos this week he was from Atlanta and he was trying to jump off a building to get away from police and i guess he missed his landing spot it happened in 2003 and yes it is real
