This unlucky bastard had his face apparently eaten by the dogs. My theory is that he was shot in the head and hungry dogs came to have a munch on fresh meat. It looks like the left side of his skull is blasted off as if it took a bullet from a sniper or something.

The eye looks pretty creepy, not even hungry dogs will eat that shit. Even though I don’t quite understand why they wouldn't try to chew on man’s arms where there is some solid meat. Face is just fatty tissue and you can’t sink your teeth deep into it.
