Man's Eyes Gouged Out and Neck Slashed in Robbery.
The 39 year old victim was found in the darkness of the 25th, located in the woods by locals who could smell him. The area is known for drug crimes. According to his brother, the victim was leaving one of his homes to travel to another he owned in the city, via motorbike. Neither the bike nor his backpack, cellphone, or wallet have been recovered, leading police to believe this was a robbery. A taxi driver last saw him around 3pm on that same day.    |
