It looks like the body has been lying in that spot a good deal of time. The guy is all dried up blood wise. I suppose it was very hot and he quickly cooked.

Agreed. We see a lot of accident victims squished onto the road, but for me the extra-disturbing thing here is the "old roadkill" look which is pretty unusual. Wonder why he was left there so long? |

His upper body position in picture 2 and picture 3 was different. I hoped it was someone else moving his body, not him still alive and flailed.
