Immediate thought was female, due to the pelvic bone and the tapering of the ribs; waist and hips of a woman.
Sexual organs seem to be decomposing beyond recognition, so who's to say it isn't a man?
On closer inspection, I noticed that the jaw and cheekbones indicate a male bone structure, but this could be a fluke; a woman with a wide-set jaw, or prominent cheekbones.
It is impossible to know for sure without examining the corpse.
