A Man and a Woman Are Shot in the Flea Market Acapulco, Mexico.
Acapulco, Gro. March 26, 2020.- A man and a woman were gunned down by armed people during the midday of this Thursday, outside the peasant market of the port of Acapulco in the Progreso neighborhood. It is about a woman wearing a wine-colored skirt, a long-sleeved plaid shirt, in pink, white and black, as well as blue sandals and a man wearing a navy bermuda, yellow shirt and blue tennis shoes, both approximately 30 to 35 years old, who received firearm projectile hits to the head and body. The events occurred minutes after 12:00 hours outside the Campesino Market and next to the Durango extension street in the Progreso neighborhood, the urban area of that tourist port. So far it transpires that the two people were walking together through the place, when they were attacked with bullets by at least two armed subjects who fled, leaving the two people dead. The crime scene was cordoned off by elements of the State Police, where they found hammered casings of apparently nine millimeter caliber. Later, personnel from the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) and the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo), came to carry out the corresponding legal proceedings and the removal of the bodies.  ·  ·  · |

I like how they call it the peasant market. Would be like calling walmart in the west the poor working class store. but even our poor stores are head and shoulders above whatever dusty peasant market they got there
