Im not the best at Spanish but i believe the sign reads saying something like "they support the filthy and kill the innocent"? can anyone help translate the sign?!?

when u die blood pools to the spots of your skin in direct contact with a hard surface causing what looks like bruises. But it does look like the coroner wanted us to see something significant happened, so maybe it indeed was something else.
