Man Who Died by Fire
Poor bastard. I bet all he wants to do now is to be put out of his misery and he has a bunch of cunts doing their best to keep the pain going.

Re: Man Who Died by Fire
It is a slang term, I was just joking around, I was saying that they should probably just let him go.

Re: Man Who Died by Fire
someone i know saved her mom while being stabbed repeatedly by her father, then (once recovered) her mother said "i wish you let me die", and has never once thanked her. I can't quite imagine what kind of trauma that would put someone in.

Re: Man Who Died by Fire
yeah but things like this happen. Anyway, not that medical people should have this power, but i think i would say something like: "you can hate me forever for saving your life. but you can only hate me because i gave you that choice." I see many people who are happy still, like on this forum: the man without a face, the man without a face (because of bear), woman without face because of boyfriend, or the one with the acid boyfriend. They are probably grateful that they were saved so it's worth it i guess. Still, if they have pain, they should end it, either through morfine, or to let the person die or something. |

Re: Man Who Died by Fire
if you're burned like that, you don't even feel the pain anymore because the nerves are burned away too, so it is quite normal those 'cunts' are helping him. As student in medecine we have lessons in ethics more than needed, but sometimes knowledge of the situation by those 'cunts' outweigh perceptions of others... |
