Man Tortured, Executed, then Has Body Set on Fire.
A man with signs of severe torture was found dead and burning in Monterrey, on Friday. The victim had several body parts burned but his legs were still on fire and you could see the fire leave his body. State authorities came to extinguish the fire and start the investigation file. So far the identity of the deceased and the motive of the murder is unknown.   |
