Man Tied and Dragged by Car in Brazil
I'm back for more information and pictures of this case. A man was tied in the back of a vehicle and dragged for several streets in low speed. The victim was Jose Pereira da Silva Filho, 30 years, known as "Dedinha" The accused is a young man named Evilásio Rufino dos Santos, 18 years, called "Bilóca" that drove the vehicle Ford Belina steed green, cards KFS-8182. Dedinha was tied with a cord by the right foot. Residents triggered when the police realized that the man was being dragged. The police found the victim naked and the head disband the violence of the friction with the asphalt. The Ford Belina steed was riddled with bullets and with the breeze to whooped. Where there was the shooting the police found a motorcycle hit the rear and a lot of blood mixed the mass of the head to head "Dedinha". The principle is the suspicion that little bike traffic and shot five times against vehicle driven by "Bilôca" that would have thrown the car in back of the bike, dropping his driver. Angry to have the car riddled with bullets, the victim tied to a string of fine nylon and went for more than three kilometers parade the streets with "Dedinha", who was an enemy and had been sworn to death. After dragging the boy street above street below was in a bar, left the car running and asked for a beer and said it had killed one and would seek the other. Two streets after the car lost control, hit a bike that was in front of a meeting house and was a pole, damaging a front tire.
