wonder if this was the guy whos "party piece" was to swallow a pool ball then regurgitate it back up? then one evening in pure stupidness he picked up the cue ball and tried his "trick" not realising the cue ball is slightly bigger???

I believe I saw a reenactment of this on that show 1001 ways to die. I wonder if that was the actual Autopsy of the only man who sucked Cue balls. It's like, if you want to show me a trick with a Pool ball, do so from the perspective of a Pool Shark, not a Dummy.
