This domestic incident occurred about 5 weeks ago, but I couldn't find it here so I am posting it anyway.

18 year old guy strangled his 23 year old wife/girlfriend (the terms are sometimes interchangeable in certain Portuguese dialects) to death at their home. After choking her out, he decided that he'd made a grave error and decided to end his own life by slashing his wrists.

Someone (either their neighbors or her family, story was a bit unclear) heard him wailing and crying and came into the house to find him lying next to her corpse in a pool of his own blood. He was arrested and taken to the hospital and charged with her murder.

I'm not sure what is exact intentions were, but that's a LOT of fuckin claret on the floor there, so I think he's just too useless to cut properly, as opposed to it being some half-assed cry for help.
