Bladder evacuation occurs in roughly 85% of female strangulation deaths. This may have been one of the 15% where it did not occur, for whatever reason. Or it did occur, but in such a small amount that it didn't leak through. Or the lighting in the image makes it difficult to see. Or the crime is several hours old at the time of the photo and it has already dried.  Any one of the above is possible. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, were I you. |
