Man Stabbed to Death in Guest House During Robbery
A man was found dead with a knife beside his body. It is thought he was killed and robbed for his motorbike. The incident was happened at 7:30 pm on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at 215B Street along 31st Street, Group 5, Russey 2 Village, Steung Mean Chey 3 Khan Mean Chey Phnom Penh. According to the victim's brother, the victim was identified as a 37-year-old Khmer national who worked in Moto Dop village, Chey Chey district, at Pre Sambor village, Angobor commune. Angkor Borey district, Takeo province,. He left behind three children. The missing object included a motorbike and a some rings and some purse money, the source said. The victim's brother said that the victim was a motodop driver in Takeo province, coming up to Phnom Penh once to carry the luggage to the customer. In the morning of the incident, both brothers and sisters, the children did not see the victim coming into the house. The authorities said that the victim was stabbed to death in the guesthouse. The owner of the guesthouse said that before the incident at around 5 pm on the second day, the victim drove on the 2016 Honda Dream 125 series to number one unit to rent a living room at a guesthouse on the street with another man, a man left the room before the owner but the man and his girlfriend went to bed together. The source added that after too long to arrive at 7:00 pm, the owners of the lodging went to Mexico and found the victim. According to the first step, authorities have confirmed that suspects are involved in the murder and robbery of motorbikes. The body of the victim is handed over to relatives to perform traditional festivals at home.      |
