Looks skinned to me too.
My cousin was burned over 99% of her body in a car fire and she looked much different. She lived 4 days.

actually looks like a acid burn to me. possibly hydrochloric. A few reasons, he lived through it without going into shock, if you were being skinned alive, you would go into shock and die, no question about it. Another reason, not only is his skin gone, the fat has been completely removed from his body as well. Third, look at his right leg. Forth, its way to even to be done by human hands. I hate to say it, but there is no way he would pull through. Not only would there be massive amounts of infection, and depending on the country, a medically induced coma, so no pain as he died, thank god. But anyway, there would be just about no nerves left on his body, hes eyes, ears, and what it looks like, his mouth are to no use. The doctors would do everything they could till he surely passed. A horrible way to die. I cant even begin to imagine the pain and suffering.

I'd cut him down and give him a broom until he was ready to talk.
