This individual was struck by a car on an overpass and thrown over the rail into the oncoming traffic of an expressway. He was struck by multiple cars. Note the extensive trauma, far exceeding what one would typically see in a single motor vehicle impact. I believe this happened in the US but I have no further info.

Almost looks like Illinois, just judging by the paint on the bridge. But I could be wrong.

From a faint distance, the plate on the van looks a bit like Rhode Island but I guess Illinois would make sense too.

Could be anywhere in any of the upper midwestern or northern states. Doesn't really look like the South or West.

Yes, I was trying to read a license plate, but I don't know what color Illinois plates are now, and I couldn't see enough from the pic to ID any of the plates. For me, it was just the paint on the bridge that made me think Illinois. Maybe someone will recognize the spot and know exactly where it is.

Here's a closeup of the van, the AI creates all kinds of artifacts when it's guessing what is behind the pixels so at this zoom level it's not very accurate, but maybe someone can spot something.

Thanks! I was hoping someone had the ability to enlarge and get a detail shot out of it. I still can't make out what the plate says. Also, plates tend to change color by year, so the color of the plate alone is not a very good clue. U.S. plates are only uniform in size, everything else changes regularly in every state, so it's a mish-mash unless you can actually read the state.
