A zip gun made from a power tool or charcoal / fireplace electric match. I am no RKI here, just what it looks like. Come to think of it, you could drill a hole in a pistol cartridge thru the primer, insert spark element from piezoelectric ignitor and you might be good to go. Just an idea, don't try this at home...

Looks like he had a heart attack immediately after being shot. There's absolutely no blood, not even in the entry wound. That's impossible unless the heart is completely stopped.
