An unidentified man was shot at least four times: close to the body were found an unused condom, a cheque, and a grey (right) Flip Flop, (rare -maybe never seen before- model).

I think that the grey flip-flop coupled with the fact that the victim was near a cheque, a condom AND had his pants half down practically points out the perpetrator and seals the case.
