Yesterday afternoon (22nd July 2018) in Alvorada, 35 year old Ronald Chagas Pestana was shot dead.

I read that he had one of those ASBO ankle tag things, but it looks like a cast to me.

It may be some sort of a soft cast and he tucked the tracker down in it..

Definitely a tag in there, I'd say it's an ankle support he just used to mask having the tag?
