Man Shot Dead While Using His Wheelbarrow.
A young man (26) was shot dead by 2 people on a motorbike. He had just got a house with his wife and decided to make some repairs on it. He was on his way to retrieve some sand with his wheelbarrow that he needed for his project when he was approached and killed.

Think he's around 13 in that pic which is taken from his ID card and maybe they have to re-new their id's, and therefore pics, every 5 or 10 years so maybe he's 18-23 yo now.
