permanent second world country. i mean, a certain percent of our population is ghetto. I mean of 13% of our pop is black, and maybe 25% of them are ghetto, so that's 6 percent of US population is ghetto. But those brazilians, about 88% of them live in the favelas which are the same thing. only a tiny minority live in the fancy well groomed parts and wear shoes on a daily basis, compared to their feral 88% counterparts
