The police was informed by local people, when they heard gunshots in the area.

They found a body of a 20 year-old man, who was shot seven times. He received bullet wounds in his chest, back, head, arm and ass.

Witnesses said that the crime was committed by two elements on a red Honda motorcycle.

This young guy had already been in trouble with the police, when he was a teenager, charged with possession of a firearm.

It's basically just a word used to describe unknown people of a criminal nature
