Man Shoots Wife in Head, Tries to Escape on Moped
18 year old guy got into an argument with his 24 year old wife after both had been drinking. Argument escalated and he shot her one time in the head. Neighbors responded to the shots by calling the police and the shooter responded to the neighbors by calling his drinking buddy/getaway driver for a bail-out. Unfortunately the rescuer arrived on a moped going about 15 mph and the two were apprehended by police within a minutes. Wife was loaded onto an ambulance with a bleeding head wound but died before she could be operated on. When interviewed by the police, the husband said that the gun went off while he was cleaning it.  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |
