I am in York county SC. I saw the shooters girlfriend's mugshot posted yesterday for unlawful carrying or something. She was arrested the day before the shooting.

I'm still in York County , SC as well. Just not In York. According to all the records I found on him and his girlfriend they both have a past. Reports are saying random attack I honestly think there is more to the story.
