After being shot in the head like that, how did he manage to move the gun to his belly? And why is he still holding on to it? Almost all gunshot suicide victims will shoot themselves in a sitting or standing position.

Looks like a murder staged to appear like a suicide.

Some people take a long time once shot until the body is still. It looks like intentional movement but its not. They will hold things, hold then drop, move body position. You can't assume the death position is a result of the position they were killed.

The gun is in the same hand in both pics 1&2 the first pic the slide is locked back and the grey part by his left wrist is the barrel from the slide being locked back.

Maybe they should have a suicide designated area like in Japan...

Besides, what's he gonna do, go get a coffin and then do it?
