Man On Probation Shot Dead
On 7th September in Brazil, passers-by enjoying a walk in the park found a body. He was an ex-convict out on probation (he is wearing the monitor bracelet) from serving time in jail for drug offences.     |

Probation is a Trap  Most of the guys that end up on it, are not in a good position of completing it. Which basically translates to, being on Probation for 4 years, getting caught up, and then starting a Fresh sentence in the system |
