Re: Man Mutilated By Farm Tractor

This is the kind of DR thread I was picturing when I watched the film "The Crazies" last week and that big threashing macine was running by itself inside the barn.

Nice bundle of meat, Kel!!
I just watched Crazies and your right. I like the gasoline stunt though

Re: Man Mutilated By Farm Tractor

As a farmer i can tell you farm machinery is very dangerous.Looks like he got either caught in a power take off shaft or in a bushhog or some kind of chopper. R.I.P.
could of been a grain auger? Had lots of straw so a harvester of some type. I grew up on a farm and always was thinking about accidents since there was so much talk about this or that farmer who got killed. It happens alot but usually because of some stupid mistake. Unlike an industrial construction job no one is around to tell farmers what is safe and what isn't. Sometimes complacency is a big killer.
