Not enough damage to indicate any kind of homicide. Doesn't look like a train hit him. I think he just hopped down, straddled the third rail and BZZZZZT!

I was thinking the same thing. Looks like maybe that was a loose wire and it fried him ON the train tracks but he doesnt look like he got hit |
