6th December 2016, Oddar Meanchey, Cambodia - the dead body of a man was fished out of a canal alongside his moped. The 36 year old man named Sambo, was identified by local residents at the scene, appeared to have driven off a bridge; into the water. The central district of Cambodia where this incident happened is full of waterways, (and floaters!!!!!).
