Is there really any affordable, long care, approved, safe environment/facility on this planet for DOMESTICATED, vicious dogs? I'm not talking about wild dog packs. Include any breed you'd like to. I seriously doubt the pockets will spill out gold coins for these cute puppies. I can think of an effective, economical, permanent solution. It really does come down to money, doesn't it? Hmmmm!!! Oh, but the RESPONSIBLE dog owner, until it bites. Not my dog....
