Man Lops Off Older Brothers Head
17th July 2016 - Prey Veng Province, Cambodia. A man had a verbal disagreement with his older brother, which resulted in the first born being almost decapitated by his younger sibling. The man was arrested by the police. The exact motive is not known, as the victim can clearly not assist with enquiries.   ·  ·  ·  ·  · |
