Sounds about right.

That's one serious optical illusion!
- torso is facing upwards to the right
- shattered pelvis, also facing upwards to the right
- legs are doing the splits, essentially
- head is partially decapitated, probably still attached to what's left of this spinal column and is "tilted" to the right against his right shoulder
- guts and organs displaced from abdomen, through the diaphram and pushed out of the location of decapitation

Lucky for him, that type of injury would cause near instantaneous unconsciousness.
