A man identified as a 29 year old was shot with a rifle and revolver on 01/10/2012. According to Fontenele Antonio dos Santos, 56, father of the victim, they were returning from a days work and at one point, Antonio heard a huge bang and heard his son complaining of pain and fell. When he tried to see where the shot came, he realized there was a person pointing a gun in his direction. So he decided to run to avoid being killed.
More shots were given and Antonio came to listen when a bullet passed near his head.
As he was close to home he got help and returned to the site. There they found his son already dead and riddled with lead. It was found that the victim was first struck by a rifle on his back and was also struck on the face, chest, arms and legs, totaling about five shots, possibly from a gun 32 or 38.
