Crazy story from Russia of course

A couple of hours ago in Moscow on Samuel Marshak Street, a man stabbed his sister and then took the body to the first floor of the house. The killer was found next to the victim’s body: he was naked and smeared with blood, and he also painted drawings on the walls of the stairwell. The man told the police that he was forced to kill his sister by Lucifer, and during the detention he read a prayer. According to preliminary information, he was intoxicated, writes 112. Another reason to say - drugs are evil!

I think he means of course in that its obvious this is from russia because of the crazy orange medical box seen in the 2nd photo that is clearly russian in origin.
